We stuck at home for Thanksgiving this year and kept it very mellow. Jamie cooked his first turkey and on the rotisserie rack on our grill no less. It came out great and Nora proclaimed it, "Yummy, good chicken!"
My pregtardedness ruined a batch of yeast dough but Jamie and Nora thought it was good. I was bummed. At least I had enough dough to make apricot pecan rolls for a surprise breakfast treat for next day's adventure. Yum!
Cracking out your kid on sugar just before a trip downtown on the train is always a must. I couldn't wait!
